Commercial district "Gerichtswiesen"
(Gewerbegebiet Gerichtswiesen)
 
The 16,5 ha large district is situated at the western outskirts of the town of Grimma, at the S 38 - Leipziger Straße and the future by- pass B 107. It is circa 5 km away from the A 14.

The properties are completely developed. The district shows a good mix of branches and there are still about 2,4 ha vacant properties. All of them have the same level and so it is possible to build up there without any problems. Is there anything else you'd like? So you can have a special desired property.

 
Commercial district "Old Garrison"

The commercial district "Barracks" is part of the whole complex area of "Barracks"- part I and contains an area of nearly 8,0 ha of land. It is situated in the west outskirts of Grimma - "Staatsstraße S 38 - Leipziger Straße" and the future detour called B 107. The distance to the motorway A 14 is about 5 km.

Only a small part of this area (ca. 2000 m²) isn't still cultivated.

The 10,2 ha large district is situated at the eastern outskirts of the town of Grimma, at the S 11 - Großbardau - Bad Lausik and the future by- pass B 107.

The distance to the motorway A14 is 5 km and 1 km to the "Staatsstraße S 38" to Leipzig.
The plots of land are developed. The establishing of firms is possible to favourable terms.

Commercial district "North"
(Gewerbegebiet Nord)
 
This area is situated in the north of Grimma close to the motorway A 14. It is convenient because of the B 107 (Wurzener Straße) in the east and the Kreisstraße K 8365 (Seelingstädter Straße)in the west.
Because of the motorway A 14 you can go in directions of Leipzig - Halle or Dresden.

The commercial district "North" is an area of about 16,8 ha of land and two thirds of it are cultivated. There are 4,1 ha of building land and you can settle different commercial there.
 

 
But it isn't allowed to build supermarkets or shops which you can find in the city. Estates can be divided in plots of a size you like.
